We have a lot of OOT guests including many from out of the country. I have 3 different hotels blocked, an airline discount, and a car rental discount set up. My problem, I don't know how to get all this info out to them. I don't want to do a traditional save the date b/c I only want to send this stuff to OOT and I don't want to just put all the little cards in an envelope, its to many. Any ideas...not to expensive? Thanks

What about putting it on a website and emailing the website to the OOT guests. That is free! Wedding Channel and the Knot allow to create your own wedding website for free.

We made cards on shutterfly.com. You can write the save the date info on the top and the out of town info on the bottom or vice versa. They wound up onlt costing $1.19 a card, there was a sale that week and everyone is raving aobut them. They came out really professional. You select the font, the color of the font, the picture or design of the card and the message that is written. Hope this helps

You can buy STD's in a small pack at Target or something (some are really cute) and then put the other info in there.
THe web site is a good idea too if your OOT guests are internet savvy. Good luck!
