Need some DJ's

Alright, I've done my searches and came up with a few good DJ's mentioned on these boards, but the one who I heard the most about, Music by Michael, is already booked for our day.

Need some votes from you girls on who might be another good choice. We're not looking for anything fancy, just good music, low-key MC, maybe a few lights (but no fog, dancers, etc...)

Who else have you had good experiences with and/or hired yourselves? TIA!!!

Our is Get in Tune. We were looking for the same type of DJ you are, low key nothing too fancy. They were perfect.

I was going to suggest Music by Michael, but obviously I can't now My sister wanted to use him too, but he was booked, so she ended up booking Top Hat Entertainment, I think. She said he was similar to the style of Music by Michael.

I too wanted Music by Michael but he was already booked for my day. We went with Big Hits. Very similar feel, Gerry's great to work with. We saw them at an expo and they were just what we were looking for.

FM if you have questions, etc.

The FH and I actually met with Vinny from High Voltage Sounds earlier today.

I try never to put vendors on here - because I got flamed once for suggesting someone - but we were extremely impressed with his work, and we really got a great feeling from him. We will probably book him, but I always need to sleep on wedding decisions - as long as you arent Oct 16 check him out

We're also getting married 10/9/05! I called Music by Michael back in August and he was already booked! We ended up seeing so many DJ's it was insane (we saw about 12). The one's we particularly liked were Top Hat (cousin used him), Party Sensation (friend used him), and Big Hits (they do events for my employer). Good luck searching!

Hi Nichole.....I'm the culprit, I got Music by Michael. LOVE him! But I recently went to a wedding and 1800 Big Hits was the DJ and he was good! Also, I heard Body Rock.
