Thanks to my FAVORITE '09er Barbara (barbiegrl10) I think I am going to order these jars for my favors.
Now here is the question, I don't know if I can afford to fill them up all the way with the coffee I am buying. I was figuring 1/4 cup per favor. If 1/4 does not fill the jar up....What can I use in the jar on the bottom or top to make it look more full??
I think thats a great idea - are you using whole bean coffee?

yup whole beans....basically i don't want the jar to look half empty, so i was trying to think of some sort of filler

It really depends...You dont want it to look too empty. Maybe could you get a different kind of coffe bean that you could afford to fill the whole jar with?

Yeah or maybe mix some cheaper beans with the gourmet ones - who's gonna know?? lol
I also like the chocolate idea - put some chocolate in the bottoms or something...

ITA, maybe buy some flavored coffee and some plain to cut cost then mix them

im sure dollar tree has some coffee beans you can fills those up with!:) or maybe even if you got it wholesale from costco or BJ's

very cute! i dont know if i would mix diff coffee beans together because 2 diff kinds together may taste weird...but i def think the coffee beans and chocolate go good together, or put something on the bottom of the jar and then the beans on top ?

You can always fill it with that shredded paper type (that's kind of glossy-ish, not just shredded tissue paper) stuff that is the same color as your color scheme for the wedding and then tie a ribbon around the jar that matches too.

thanks girls!! i will definitely be exploring chocolate and cheaper regular coffee beans.....i think the cheaper beans might work bc sometimes at home i mix the two together bc this gourmet coffee costs so much.
