u have plenty of time for the invitations...but just remember it may take a while for them to come in...i went to a place by jericho terrace and it took a week for them to arrive..so make sure u plan your time. theres a really nice knights of columbus hall in new hyde park...i think it was like $ 42 a person...
we had ours at my uncle's fire dept. it was $200. both our parents cooked so we didn't have catered food & the money we got as gifts is helping us pay for our wedding. We are paying for it ourselves too

We are in the same boat as far as the financial obligations. I am happy that we can pay for it all, this way less hands in the pot!

There is a nice K of C in Seaford that we had an anniversary party for my parents at. I believe our package was $35 pp including alcohol, but that was a couple of years ago. Maybe check them out?
