Need some HELP and SUGGESTION!!!

I would try and negotiate with your caterer to throw something extra in since your head count is less. So, if you are 9 short and it is $100 a head, then see if they would do something additional worth about $900 (maybe an addition appetizer could be served at the cocktail hour or something). Basically, bottom line is, they want to make sure they get the full amount (dollars wise) that you booked so they should be willing to do this since they won't have to spend the money on full dinners. Try talking with them about it and let us know how it goes.
