Need some help! JT brides help needed too.

Hi all. For my flowers my aunt is doing my bouquets, corsages and the boutonnières (she used to be a floral designer) and I am helping with the centerpieces... they are going to be the cylinder vases with a flower submerged and floating candle. If we drop the stuff off the night before (were getting married on a friday night) do you think the hall will hold it and help fill them up the day of? (Jericho Terrace). Should I hire a DOC? The whole point of me making DIY centerpieces and flowers was to save money but now I am stressing how this will get done! help!

I got married there this past Friday night and we dropped the place cards the night before and they held it there no problem. They want all the stuff dropped off 10 days before the wedding so just our place cards were not ready. As for the vases, I'm sure that they will fill them up for you the day of. They are so wonderful there. They took such good care of me. You will not have a problem. Don't stress. You don't need a DOC. I didn't have one.
