Need some help with shopping for my HM

I am looking for some light summer dresses just to throw on over a bathing suit, but also something I could wear just walking around/hanging out.

Any suggestions on where I should look?

I live in the city, so you would think it would be easy to find them....its not

I have been looking around for E-pic dresses and have seen cute beachy cover-up stuff at Old Navy, J Crew & Pacific Sunwear.

I got 2 really cute dresses from Ann Taylor loft too.

Have you tried H&M? They usually have really cute stuff and it's not too expensive.

Yes. I would try H&M--they usually have tons of cute summer dresses and stuff.

Also believe it or not Forever 21 has a whole bunch of bathing suit coverups that are really light and also cheap, but that you can also wear for lunch or just hanging out. I bought a few from there for my HM.

Thats exactly where I am planning on looking.

There are so many dresses there.
