Need some help with transportation after reception...

I know I have posted a lot about what hotels to stay out after the reception! I am thinking of ideas of how to get myself & FH back to the hotel, along with OOT guests from the reception hall. Only one of the hotels offers a shuttle service for a nominal fee.

I was wondering what other brides have done? Rented limos, vans, buses, school buses(LOL)??? Can you post approximate price ranges & mode of transportation?

Will companies come at 1am to do this sort of pick-up/drp-off service anyway? I am just trying to determine if I should book the shuttle service through a particular hotel or check outside companies. THANKS SO MUCH!

Usually your limo service offers a free ride to the hotel. If not rent a limo for like one hour to get u back to the hotel.

I am interested to know as well. We are not using limos because our reception & ceremony are at the same place. However FH and I want to take a limo or car service to our hotel (which we didn't book yet either!!) Does anyone know how much they charge for this service?

we paid $80 inc. tax and gratuity for a limo from northport to bay shore (to change and pick up luggage), both in suffolk county, to jfk airport hotel.

we are getting a bus to pick up hotel guest and drop them off and then do the same after the wedding, so we are going to ride the bus back to the hotel with the OOT guests, the cost was $700
