need some serious help!!

hello ladies!!

I need everyones help any and all opinions and suggestions are greatly appreciated :) I'm not doing a normal guest book instead I am doing a photo mat for everyone to sign and two big vases on the side with cards for people to write to us, give us suggestions you know whatever they would like but I'm not sure how to write it all out so it sounds nice any suggestions??

And my second little dilemma is my OOT guests, does anyone know of a website or have a file saved of a time-line and welcome letter? I'm originally from RI and we don't do this kind of stuff there so I am totally lost on this one
