Need some serious LIW prayers

Without making this too long or emotional I will say that I am desperate for some prayers for my FMIL. She's just finished a round of chemo and radiation for lung cancer which we found out she had in February. We were very optimistic and hopeful, however, today we found out that treatment didn't work and the cancer spread into the other lung and liver, it's stage 3. I'm hoping that someone out there will hear all our prayers, and give us the miracle that we need, and my FH deserves...Thanks in advance girls!

And not to sound selfish, but I can't help but wonder what to do about the wedding, keep planning, postpone?? Obviously not a conversation I can have with FH now, he's definitely not thinking about the wedding...
