Need some suggestions on smaller Venues (not for me)
My FBIL and his fiance are getting married next year too and I'm trying to help her find some venues to go see. They are looking to keep the guest list at 85 which makes it difficult because a lot of halls require at least 100 min. There price range is about $90pp (after tax). I'm beginning to think that they may need to opt for an 'off peak' month to get that price. They are looking at Aug. 31, 2013.Any suggestions? I've given her every venue I can think of that may fit that criteria.
TIA!

Westbury Manor, we are having about 80 people. Price may be a little more.

She went to visit Fox Hollow and they were quoted $89 (before tax & gratuity) for a Friday night and $115 for a Sat. Night (before tax and gratuity). She loved the venue and thought it was beautiful but it was a little more than they wanted to spend. It's not out of the running yet though. She said their packages are insane and include EVERYTHING!

I don't believe chcc allows a min of 85ppl but if they do i was quoted 90pp for Aug before tax and grat. Maybe thatched cottage? I went to an engagement party there that did not have more than 90ppl but that was on a sunday in Sept.

Thatched CottageBeach Club (owned by the same people that own windows on the lake)
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.
