I make a peanut butter french toast that is to die for!

Spread a tablespoon of PB on a slice of bread and top it with another slice. Soak it in a mixture of eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Place on a griddle so until browned on one side, then flip.

Serve with a tablespoon of strawberry jelly on the side.

I don't have the recipe handy, but I made this brioche stuffed french toast with blackberry sauce and crispy bacon once - TO DIE FOR!!! I just goggled a recipe for the sauce and french toast egg stuff and did my own thing...
I used brioche rolls from Trader Joe's cut in half. Placed the rolls cut side down in a pan that had the egg mixture for french toast and let it sit over night. I made a blackberry sauce I found online. I cooked the rolls like you would regular french toast (it's thick so slowly over a low heat). Then when everything was done I took cream cheese and smeared it between the top and bottom part of the rolls. Topped with the berry sauce. Crispy bacon on the side. OK, I'm drooling now.

Philly Cheese Steak and Eggs.

Yes this is really fatty. but FH LIVES for this. No joke. Its man eggs

1 Steak used for philly cheese, sliced into thin peices
1 Onion, sliced
1 Green Pepper, sliced
4 Eggs, beat
3 Fresh American Cheese (or velvetta or kraft, but the fresh stuff melts better)

Season you pan with Olive Oil. Cook your steak in a large pan on medium heat until the inside is cooked to you liking. Add your onion and pepper. Cook until onions are tender, than add eggs. Cook until eggs are half way done, than scramble. (yes scramble). Bring to the center of the pain, and add your cheese. Continue to cook until eggs are done.

Serve on Italian Bread. Yummmm

Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup
Ingredients
1 loaf French bread (13 to 16 ounces)
8 large eggs
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Dash salt
Praline Topping, recipe follows
Maple syrup
Directions
Slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each. (Use any extra bread for garlic toast or bread crumbs). Arrange slices in a generously buttered 9 by 13-inch flat baking dish in 2 rows, overlapping the slices. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, half-and-half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and beat with a rotary beater or whisk until blended but not too bubbly. Pour mixture over the bread slices, making sure all are covered evenly with the milk-egg mixture. Spoon some of the mixture in between the slices. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spread Praline Topping evenly over the bread and bake for 40 minutes, until puffed and lightly golden. Serve with maple syrup.

Praline Topping:
1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend well. Makes enough for Baked French Toast Casserole.
