Any idea's for me ladies? What is/was your 'SOMETHING BLUE'? I am at a loss right now.
I already have my garter & underwear so those two are out .... I need something though!

i was considering, getting my shoes died a really light blue! My bm's dresses are light blue, so I thought it might be cute.

i'll either use my garter cause it has blue in it, or i was thinking pale blue shoes also. maybe a blue ribbon tied around your bra strap or something? or some people will sew in their monogram/initials in blue into their wedding dress.
so so far mine is:
old: necklace my dad gave to my mom on their wedding day and possibly bible that my great grandma, grandma, and mom all carried under their flowers.
new: dress.. everything else
borrowed: slip and veil that my sister is using
blue: garter

My blue was my garter, but you could do blue a couple of different ways. What about a blue sapphire in a piece of jewlry? You could wrap your bo-k with blue (and you could always have it wrapped in white over the blue.) You could sign your names and wedding date on the bottom of your shoe in permanent blue marker. Just a couple of suggestions.

My e-ring has two sapphires in it, so that will be my something blue unless I find something else.
My old: my christening cap that unfolds into a hankerchief for the wedding day
I don't have something new or borrowed yet.

I don't think blue eyes count !! My underwear will probably be blue....... or what about a ribbon wrapped in your bouquet ? or a handkerchief sewn into the hem of your gown ?

my blue will be the toss garter that I caught at my sister wedding 3 yrs ago...its my blue and old i'm stuck on the something borrowed!

Today I just rented a White Fox Fur Stole from a Furier on 29th street ... it's sooo pretty and soft. My mom rented a silver fox stole that is to die for!
