Yes, it's in Astoria. Right by the entrance to the Triborough. So much fun....liking beer helps alot.

Does he like beer? Go to the beer garden in Astoria. It's going to be a really nice night, you can sit outside with a one or two or five....pitchers.

They also make really cheap great food. It's a good time!

I already asked mine, how funny. We both get out early today too, well 3:30 and I'm way downtown, so we might be able to get there early enough to score a table. He said he's going to see how he feels when we get home. I hope he feels like it.

he gets out early but today he has a doc appt at 4...and i dont get home until either 5:30 or 6:30 depending if i miss the 5:04 train out of penn station lol. He mentioned going one time so i hope he'll be in the mood today or even that i will be after i get home

yeah, the trip home can ALWAYS flip your mood, especially when it involves public transportation. So many times I'm fired up for something when I leave work, and by the time I get home I'm in such a foul mood, it s u c k s.

im good at forcing myself to go out and once im out im good...if fh says Oh great idea i wanna go then i know once i get home ill be excited and get ready. Only thing is that tomorrow we have to go upstate for a birthday party then drive back home and maybe take my mom out for dinner for her birthday unless she prefers monday the day of. Then sunday he has softball early morning, then im going to a bridal shower in suffolk then he has to go somewhere else...i think tonight he wanted to just relax since its a busy weekend.

guess ill find out soon though when i ask lol

It's best in nice weather because you can sit outside.....and the outside atmosphere is what makes the place, try and go on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon when it's nice out. You'll have so much fun. P.S. It's super casual so no need to get fancy.

Beer garden - GREAT IDEA

I think we are gonna check out the brooklyn botanical gardens this afternoon and I will cook dinner tonight and hit up the beer garden tonight
