Need special birthday gift for 30th b-day!

My very good friend is turning 30 in May.

I wanted to get her a special 'extra nice' gift that she would have forever.

I have looked on Tiffanys.com, but nothing is really jumping out at me...

Anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance!!
