Need suggestions re: Parent gift

Hi girls, its me again Michael and I got our parents engraved 5x7 picture frames from Things Remembered. We plan to give them to the parents at the rehersal dinner. Here is my question. I would like to put a sheet of paper inside the frame (sort of like an IOU - telling them that they are entitled to a 5X7 when we get our pictures). How should I word this, can anyone help me out.
