Need Tipping Advice ASAP PLEASE

First Friday night my Rehearsal Dinner is being catered. Set up, serve & Cleanup done by 1 person. What is a good tip?

Now for wedding tipping.....


I'm not sure of what to tip them all!!!!!!


Hair - He is coming to my house & doing mine & MOH's hair. $225

Makeup - Doing makeup for 3 people. $105

Limo - picking up at my house, dropping us at the hall then picking up FH & bringing them to the hall.

DJ - he is a good friend & gave us a good price

Pianist - playing for ceremony & Cocktail Hour.

Maitre D - 85 guests

Bridal Attendant

Flower Delivery

Pastor - just a donation of whatever we feel we can do. No set amount.

Photograper - starting at my house at 7:30am

Photography Asst.

Videographer - starting at hall at 10:30

No one? I know it is late but I'm up & getting a bit stressed about it all!

Just found out that 2 people can't make it to the wedding that I paid for & maybe 2 others.

Hair - He is coming to my house & doing mine & MOH's hair. $225 Since all this is money in the pocket I would probably tip them about $30 if I loved the work

Makeup - Doing makeup for 3 people. $105 The same as the hairdresser

Limo - picking up at my house, dropping us at the hall then picking up FH & bringing them to the hall.Is it included with your contract price? If yes, then you can throw them extra if the service is great otherwise don't worry about it.

DJ - he is a good friend & gave us a good price. $75-100

Pianist - playing for ceremony & Cocktail Hour. Based on how much they charge and how long they will be playing. But probably in the $25 - 50 range.

Maitre D - 85 guests $200 - 250 for exceptional service

Bridal Attendant depending on what they do, about 50-75? I didn't have one so I don't know what they do.

Flower Delivery we tipped $60 but wished we did more they were exceptional

The limo is included but wanted to have extra ready & needed to know what is reasonable.

For photog & video - do what you can! Ours owned their business so we tipped less. But they will be with you all day and take into consideration if you are paying for a meal for them.

We gave our limo guy an extra $20 or $25 since he was already getting 20% of the contracted price. He didn't have to do anything crazy (like get stains out or keep us dry) but he did some tracking of the other cars etc.

The pianist I would probably give $25 - that's a lot of money for a short amount of work.

The photographer does not own the business. We are paying for meals for photographer, asst & Videographer

There is only one limo making 2 pickups.

wow..Im feeling cheap..I was planning on giving my photographer 150!!!
