Need to Rent a Projector

I need to rent a projector for my the slideshow I am showing at my sister's rehearsal dinner. The restaurant has a screen but not a projector. Does anyone know of a place that rents?

Thanks!

do you have a friend who is a teacher? could you borrow one? perhaps the local library?

'old-school' 35mm projectors are REALLY hard to find these days! Universities have a few left, but even those aren't well maintained any more.

if you have a bit of time, you might want to look on ebay and buy one.

can you get the slides onto a ppt . . then it would prob be easier to find and LCD projector? even if they are old slides, a photo place would transfer them to digital. . but that might cost more $$$ but you would have em . .
