Need to vent....
Okay, so I know that planning a wedding is supposed to be stressful, but what they don't tell you is that everything else seems to fall apart too...
Some of you might have seen my post about florist concerns yesterday and I apologize....I was freaked about everything and chose that to vent on....the least of my concerns.
Truth is my mother may need to have knee replacement surgery which means she will still be recuperating on my wedding day....poor thing loves to dance and will barely be able to walk or stand without a cane.
My brother my need to have back surgery which means he won't even be able to make it to my wedding...he lives in Vegas and he will need to go to physical therapy for 6+ months to learn how to walk again.
My grandmother, who I adore is 95 and has not been doing well....last time I went to visit, she didn't even know me....she didn't even know my mother. I almost broke down thinking that she wouldn't be at my wedding.
I got screwed at work because I was placed on a project that 2 other people were supposed to be helping with and I ended up having to do everything by myself.....and my bosses allowed alumni to continue sending in the surveysa month and a half past the deadline. That wouldn't bother me if the end of our Fiscal Year and my PFP performance assessment wasn't coming up...due to the project, I have had to push some other things to the back burner and now I fear that I won't be able to get everything done in time.
Now, there is some creep peeping into the women's bathroom and someone's wallet was stolen here as well, so I have that to worry about all the time....
Okay, sorry for the long vent....I could go on but it isn't worth it.....I feel better just getting it off of my chest a little. Man, when it rains it pours.
