FH has been there beside me the whole way and MY BIGGEST FEAR IS THAT I WILL FEEL LIKE THIS ON MY WEDDING DAY! . I go to the doctor Friday hopefully I get some kind of news! Re: NEED TO VENT
My friend had the same exact problem!! And they finally just matched it up to anxiety. I have to be honest she did feel that way on her wedding, but us as her bridesmaids stood by her side in the bathroom. It was about a half hour for the medication to kick in and she felt better.just make sure you are prepared if it does happen beforehand and try not to think of it. Easier said than done, I kno...but hope everything looks up! Good luck :)

See and that scares the you know what out of me. To feel like that on an important day. For the food tasting I got the way I do (as usual) and I didnt even taste the food before booking I had to rely on FH opinions. Same thing with the E-Party I didn't eat a thing

Re: NEED TO VENT
I have IBS and anxiety can really make it flare. In fact, because I was so worried about it flaring on my wedding day I purposely made sure we are having a late day wedding. My IBS flares in the morning, a couple of immodium and I'm done for a week.
My mom suffers from Nervous Collidis (sp?), maybe check about that. Also, are you seeing anyone regarding your anxiety? On any anxiety meds? I will also suggest you get a meditation CD specifically for that. You would be amazed how meditation can help with anxiety.
You will be fine on your wedding day. Try to remember that. You will have friends and family to support you. There is nothing to be afraid or nervous about.

Re: NEED TO VENT
That is the worst feeling ... I have an excellent doctor if you feel as though you need someone to rule out everything medically. That sort of gives you a peace of mind. You may also not have the right therapist. Someone who uses a cognitive behavioral approach is the best bet! FM me for more information! Feel better lady!

Re: NEED TO VENT
It sounds like the same thing im going through. I have anxiety and am on meds for that but 2 weeks ago I went to the er with chest pains. The doctors took a EKG and chest x-ray. They said I had a lot of gas in my stomach so im going to the gastro next week bc I think I have acid reflux or something like that. That could be whats causing the anxiety. I would suggest going to a gastro. The anxiety can also be related to your thyroid. I would have both of those checked. Hope you feel better!

I'm sorry to hear that! It must be incredibly frustrating.
FSIL has chronic stomach issues also and doctors have never been able to tell her what it is. They just friggin put her on hit or miss medications which usually make her feel even worse.
She's also going to the doctor this week, I feel so bad for her too

Re: NEED TO VENT
I completely know how you feel. I have pretty bad IBS and just an all around sensitive tummy so I'm always feeling sick too. After seeing multiple GI docs, I decided to try a more alternative route.
Have you thought about trying yoga, meditation and breathing exercises? I know it sounds crazy but it has REALLY helped me. I also take oral probiotics daily which help to even out my flare ups and make them less horrific (I currently take Align -- it's over the counter -- I find it has worked the best for me)
Just keep thinking positive and as hard as it is, try not to think about being sick on your wedding day! The more you think about it and worry about it, the more chance you have of actually letting your nerves get the best of you and making yourself sick!
