need vacation help - asap

weekend plans feel thru

need someplace affordable that we can GO AWAY , have fun, not spend too much money....and it needs to be good for a 5 year old!!!

Only about a 2 hour drive from LI

Philadelphia - it's about a 2 hour drive

They have the Franklin Institute, which is a lot of fun. There is also Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell Pavilion (it's free) and the Constitution Center. Also right outside the city is Valley Forge, that's free too.

Right across from Valley Forge is the King of Prussia Mall.

ok...turns out we are going to poconos again!

however, this time we are staying in a hotel the water pump (that makes the plumbing work) started not working yesterday when my parents where there. and the guy isnt coming to fix it till after the holiday
