Need your help please...table #s

I want to make my own table numbers with pictures of me and FH. I was thinking of buying cheap frames, but I can't seem to find anything cheaper than $3 - $5 each....

So then I Found these online.

Question 1 - how large should I make the picture for the table number? I was thinking 5x 7 but would 5x5 or 4x4 be big enough (I am kind of liking the square idea).

Question 2 - do you think this placecard holder would be big enough to hold the table number photo (I can mount it on cardstock)? Dimensions are 2-3/4'D ball x 1'D base x 2-1/2'H including loop.

we're doing photo table numbers & intend to use 5X7 pictures. I'm going to give the pics to my florist on the 16th - when we have our floral centerpiece sample done...see what she can do with them...

I'm hoping she can stick something in the centerpiece much like a little card holder in a regular floral arrangement - it just sticks up and holds a card....and in this case - would hold the photo.

i'll let you know what she says about the size of the photo next week!!!

Cool - would be good to hear your florist's opinion.

I am having half high and half low centerpieces, so I don't want something too big to overshawdow the low CPs but want them big enough so you can see the photo and see the number.
