Need your opinion on my flowers

I'm very torn between two different looks - classic and modern. My colors for my wedding are black white and red and I really had my heart set on something like #1 for my centerpieces with a lot of candles and the such.

I was kinda thinking that i would do a rose bo-k...a very classic feel for the ceremony and then modern and fun for the reception..

Any thoughts on mixing the two types..im thinking roses for ceremony and orchids for party??

We are using TONS of orchids! I LOVE them! And there are so many different kinds!

I think mixing would be a great idea. I love the centerpieces. I just have one question, what is on top of them?

Its a lampshade..that im not doing..my CPs are going to be open topped--

I dont think it would be weird at all. When you think about it-no one is going to see the 2 types side by side so they will never think about whether they match or not

sounds great to me! Honestly- the guests will NOT notice something like that.. Its really for YOU and FH to want captured in pix.... I think its perfectly fine!

That's what I thought it was but then it looked like some of the CPs did not have it. Yeah, I would do those CPs but without the lamp shade!!! They're beautiful!
