I know I already posted a similiar post a few weeks ago but I have to make up my mind by the end of the month and need your help. I am having a hard time finding a church because FH doesnt want to take any classes (precana, counseling, ect) which almost all churches have you do. I was thinking of just doing the ceremony at the TC but I am so worried that if it rains, I will have to have it inside which I dont really care for. Has anyone had or been to a ceremony there either inside or outside. I need some reviews of the ceremony! I really cant make up my mind!!!

I haven't been but you should try to talk FH into having the church if thats what you want. Honestly I loved my pre cana because it really opened our eyes to each other and our thoughts on how we want to live our lives together... This is coming from one that never goes to church unless for ceremonies. Its really not as bad as you think. You only talk between the two of you and you hear some good stories of life scenarios from people that have been there. Again this is coming from a couple that never go to church. Just my opionion

Thanks. Its not just him that doesnt want to go- i really dont either. Our families are the ones pushing it.

I am getting married at TC in March. I will only have my ceremony inside if I get really lucky and have a nice day. I do not think the inside is bad! There is a nice view of the water outside through those big windows.

Are you extending your cocktail hour? And did you pick the officiant? I also wanted to do a rehersal dinner- im not sure if you can do a rehersal ceremony there

they're supposed to be redoing the ceremony room starting this winter. hard to tell now, but you could end up really liking it then

i am getting married their and also worried about rain, i don't really like the chapel but the view is nice and with the flowers and everything, i'm just gonna deal with it and PRAY for it to be outside!

We had our ceremony at WCC, fortunately it was nice out and we had it outside. DH is catholic and i'm jewish so there was no church/temple going to happen. it was convenient too for all the guests not to have to travel to 2 different locations.
