I've been going back and forth with a dress. I havent gotten to try it on, but I have tried on maggie dresses before so I know it will look similar just different beadwork placement. (I am going to try it on prior to purchasing it if i do decide it is actually the one)
Heres the thing. We went to a wedding earlier this year, FH's friends. the bride wore i believe the same dress I'm not 100 percent sure because there are a couple of maggie dresses that look similar so maybe it wasn't. THing is if it was and I do end up getting it is this bad? My wedding will be over a year after theirs and i wouldnt have the cap sleeves like she did plus two different body types so it might look little different regardless. I thought about asking her but then i started thinking what if it is def. the same one and i do get it then it will look like i asked her just to get it and wear the same one.
So what would you do if it does end up being 'the one' yet it was the one she might have had the same one

GET IT!!!!! who care s if she had the same dress. . . . other people have worn your dress before and other people will wear it after you. your wedding dress is for YOU and you alone.... if it's the one, go for it!!!!!!! plus, i doubt she will mind, or even really care... actually, she might even be flattered that you both have the same taste!
yeah I was only concerned because there are several people form their wedding that will be at ours.

I absolutely would get it. I could maybe see a problem if it was your friend something like that. But the same dress could look completely different on different people and believe me nobody (except maybe that bride) would know and I doubt she would even care. The most impt thing to consider is what makes you feel beautiful and completely happy on your wedding day. If this is 'the one' and you pass it up so that reason, my guess is eventually you will regret not going with your gut. Good Luck. Personally, I don't think you should give it another second's thought.

I have to agree with everyone else, It will look different on everyone. I would definitely get it if you decide that it's 'the one'.

It's your wedding, it's your dress, it's your body and if it looks gorgeous on you it doesn't matter!!!! It's all about you finding the dress that you absolutely love!!!

If it is the same dress who cares? If it;s the one it's the one, go with your gut. Gowns look different on everyone, and it's not like to guys will be wearing them at the same time. If it is 'the one' congrats!!!!
