FH is wearing this exact brown tux with the exact tie except the tie is in brown & ivory tones, ivory winged tip shirt and ivory vest, our bridal party is only our Best Man, MOH, FG, RB. We thought about putting our Best Man in Black tux with ivory vest with the same tie except in yellow & orange tones to match the MOH who's wearing yellow. Our flowers are two toned roses in orange & yellow. Or should he match the Groom? Are we having too many different colors here? FH does not want to wear black. Thanks.

i am not 100% about your Fh in brown and best man in black. Looks like your Fh's tux is a shadowstripe tux, so maybe for the best man get a regular brown tux. My dh had a black shadowstripe tux and gm had regular black tux...this way the groom can still stand out a bit

I think it'd look more coordinated if they wore the same colour. Maybe go to Macy's (or some other store with lots of clothes and no salespeople) and deck them out in suits/dresses in similar colors, snap some pics and see how you like it.

I agree...I think the bm in black and groom in brown would look uncooridated. The suits could be different tones of the same color (fh in dark brown/chocolate, bm in lighter brown/tan) or the same color and different patterns (solid and pin striped). Deffinitely go try out different combos and see what looks best.

I agree... I wouldn not do brown and blakck together. It does not coordinate or go well at all to be completely honest I don't think it would look good. Like Espo said you can do one with the pinstrippin and one plain brown or even a different shade of brown... dont do black with brown... isn't that a fashion faux pas?? Well it use to be! JMO
