Needing some hugs please...alittle long...**UPDATE**

So DH and I went to my parents house today for some Corn beef and cabbage......

So I am talking to my father when he hits me with the words 'I have to tell you something but I dont want you to get upset' UMMM OK

Anyway so my father has beat cancer 2 times before in the last 10 years....different kinds but he still beat it.....any way so about 2 years ago he was diagnosed with prostate cancer.....he had the surgery to remove the prostate and we thought everything was ok...he had to go for a shot every 3 months since then to keep everything under control.....well now the shots are no longer working and he still has some kind of cancer!!
He has to go for a couple more tests and maybe Chemo.....I dont think I can handle him going through Chemo...it was one of the hardest things I have ever had to witness before I dont wanna do it again....

So needless to say I am freaking out and crying out of control (not in front of him) Please say a prayer that in the end he will be ok!!

**UPDATE**
So today my dad had to go to his dr as a follow up after the recent tests that he has had in the past 2 weeks...................Well the cancer has not spread!!! No Chemo for my daddy ... He does however have to take a pill everyday and a shot every 4 months but thats nothing!! THANK YOU to everyone for all your thoughts and prayers!!

I am so sorry to hear this news about your father. Keep positive as much as possible, though I know its not always easy! We'll all be praying for you!!!!!!

I lost my father to brain cancer and I know a few others of us here have similar situations so you have many ppl on the boards that you can always talk to who obviously wont be able to fully understand but can try to offer you support. Prayer helped me alot!
