Yay fairfax! I'm actually not in fairfax now but that's where I eventually plan to live once me, and that FH guy are graduate

oh yay! You should! Though, homes in fairfax aren't much better than around LI - taxes are better though.

If you go a bit further south, maybe into Loudon or Stafford, you can get some really nice houses - these are kind of the 'up and coming' counties that in like 10 years will look like fairfax

i did notice that when i was looking at prices. is it just Fairfax, or is most of VA townhomes? (i know there are a few that aren't, but most that i came across were)
