negotiating?

Ok ladies, I need some help! What do I say to negotiate? I don't want to sound too pushy or annoying and am now sure how I can politely ask for a lower price. Can it be as simple as asking if they can do better? Help!! Need some good one liners lol

My FH will usually say 'So is that the best you can do?' Most of the time they're willing to drop a little, throw something in. Don't worry about being pushy, they're totally used to it. If anything, leave it up to FH ;)

Whenever a vendor tells me their price I always give them a surprised look. I say that its way over my budget and usually sweet talk my way through them lowering the price & even adding things in LOL always works
