I am fuming mad right now!!!!! I ordered my FH a beautiful pair of monogrammed cufflinks from Neiman Marcus nearly three weeks ago and I called them today to follow and they cancelled my order without letting me know!!!! Apparently the stupid girl who took my order entered my credit card info incorrectly. W T F?!?!?!?!?!?! Because it's a special order they have told me they will not be able to get them to me in time for my wedding. I flipped (to say the least) and they are looking in to what they can do. STUPID PEOPLE!

Oh no! I'm sorry. I can't believe they didn't call you when they canceled the order - that's so unprofessional. I hope you went all bridezilla on their a$$es and let them have it. Good luck getting something new in time (ideally, from them and for free, now!).

oh no!!! i'm soo sorry!! that stinks. i saw engraved cuff links on the fortunoff website. not sure if they look nice in person or not, but maybe that's another place to check.
