SO AM I !! I have gained weight AND i need sleeve for my dress.
im so worried all i will find are strapless dresses or 1980's style long sleeves....kill me :(
ive been putting off looking ....

Awww don't be nervous.. There are thousands of dresses out there and when you find the one you will know right away and you will look gorgeous in it! Is this something like the type of dress you are looking for?
i haven't found many dresses in magazines or online that i can bring with me to show what style i want...which makes me think that what i'm envisioning doesn't exist lol
What type of dress are u looking for? can u describe what you would like in your dress? Maybe we can help you find some pictures

I was nervous - and I had bad dreams the night before!
In the end it was an amazing experience and I was so happy I was able to enjoy it.
One of the first things I said before I started trying dresses on is I wanted one w/ cap sleeves so they only pulled dresses that had that option. I would recco you do the same thing so you def get what you want.
I did try on some strapless but I went back to my original idea. I did it so I could have a broad range of dress styles that I tried but in the end I knew what I wanted.
It will be great - enjoy it!!!!

I was nervous because Im on the heavier side and wasn't sure if any of the dresses would fit right so that I could actually tell what they looked like on me. The dress I ordered was a Jasmine so they have a zip up corset in the dress that comes in different sizes so I was able to zip it up and see how it would look. It was awesome! I was nervous but realized there wasnt really anything to be nervous about

try davids bridal first... they have every style you can imagine...at least you can get an idea of what looks better on you... just because you like one style better doesnt mean it will look good...
I agree....David's Bridal is very laid back and you don't have as much pressure and all eyes on you...it's a great place to break into dress shopping

totally, super duper nervous but excited at the same time. Like you said I'm worried that I wouldn't get the 'that's the one' feeling because I'm so picky.
