ok, so my fh & i liked leonards of great neck, but now im a little nervous about the food.
i have heard all good things, but now the negative comments are coming out....
i know every hall has its faults and everyone has different opinions and different taste so of course there are gonna be people that dont always have nice things to say about your hall.....
the food is very important to me......not so much the dinner (some may disagree w/me) but i think the cocktail hour is the most important.
that is where everyone does majority of the eating!!!!!
we both have large italian families that love to eat......so i def want the ch to be good.
the dinner is important to, but honestly...a lot ppl like the ch more so im not so worried about the dinner.
ive heard that the food is not hot enough, and the dinners came out late....i've heard this about 2-3 times already!!!
but on the other hand.....i have heard great things and ppl loved the food do i mention this to my bm??? to ensure my food will be hot & good???

Try not to worry about it so much.. you booked Leonards for a reason and it's a beautiful place, I've been there for weddings and always had a great time, no complaints about the food!! Lots of brides have had weddings there and were totally satisfied.. I think you made a good choice and if you have concerns just mention them beforehand and I'm sure they'll pay extra attention to make sure everything goes smoothly!!

fh and i went to a wedding at leonards last decemeber and ate like pigs during the cocktail hour. the food was fantastic, what was supposed to be cold was cold and what was meant to be hot was steaming! yummm! we made quite a few trips to the buffet tables that night!

I went to a sweet sixteen there and thought the food was amazin. I couldnt stop eating.
