I called my caterer and she said basically all the dates in Nov are prob booked up at my reception hall (vanderblt @ Dowing). She has to call the school to find out if any Fri-Sun in Nov are available. FH of course does not want a Christmas themed/ Dec wedding (too cold) and my MOH is getting married 10/2. I'm hoping for the best!! There is a knot in my stomach my crab salad on toast Lunch Call is not very appetizing right now!

Yes, she said she will look for anything far from MOH's date like Halloween weekend up to Thanksgiving.
It has to be a day when nothing is scheduled for the ballroom. Sometimes they have orchestra concerts or honors events, as well as weddings!!!

well fingers crossed!!! and good luck i go to dowling and i checked the school calendar to maybe give you some hope for October and November but the activity planner only go up to august
