Never thought I'd be a 2 dress bride...

Never thought I'd be a 2 dress bride...

...but I fell in love with this dress in Vegas. (Better a dress than a stripper though, right?! )

We happened upon the Betsey Johnson store and made fast friends with one of the sales ladies there. She had so much fun dressing us all up and she made us look awesome. She had great ideas for jewelry, belts, shoes, everything! She put me in this dress and my jaw dropped. I had to have it!!! Fortunately I won enough money that I pretty much only paid $100 for the dress out of pocket. It's a short, funky dress so I figured around midnight I'd change into and then I'd wear it out after for our after party. I didn't get the bustle jacket (it was $278, almost as much as the dress!!) which is a shame because it felt like it was made for me and that dress, but I'm looking for it cheaper online. So if anyone sees it anywhere, let me know. I'm pretty sure it's the Betsey Johnson Cotton Sateen Jacket with Shoulder Pads. Anyway, here's my brand spanking new reception dress!!!

Edited to fix pic.

Thank you! She put the jacket, the necklace, and these awesome (incredibly comfortable) platform shoes on and I felt like I belonged on a runway. My wallet didn't stand a chance.

I know, I loved it. The back is even cuter. It's bustled or ruffles or something. I wish I had a pic of the back of it!

It's actually the Evening Glitter Rama Strapless Two Tier Dress! But I could've bought just about every other dress in the store. My FSIL tried on this gorgeous blue and white striped one. I want to get it for her for her b-day or something because it looked AMAZING on her!
