Re: I want to call my hall to see if anyone booked a hotel room yet??
The hall may provide with information of a hotel vendor that they can recommend but not if anyone has booked it. I think it's best if you call the hotels directly near your reception place and ask them.

I'm guessing that they rent rooms to people other than wedding guests and it wouldn't be appropriate to ask whose wedding they're attending when they may not attending one. I'm sorry, but I don't think there's any way you can know if people booked for your wedding without having a room block.

I have to agree, I know that it dose suck. But I also know that a majority of the people who stay there are not wedding guests. Maybee what you can do is have your guests tell them they are with the so and so wedding and then ask your BM if they could write it down on the side and keep track of it.

Well, they specialize in weddings that what they are a catering hall, and if someone calls to say that they are attending a wedding their they can't say which one.. I'm not asking them to assume these people are staying their for a wedding.. my guests are calling and telling them kulp wedding, and they are saying, that they can't write that down.. whatever.. I'm telling my guests to go to the hampton inn anyway.. thanks girl
