Hi everyone, I am recently engaged and we are booking The Woodlands today. I am very excited to be a 2012 bride : ) I have been reading posts for a few weeks before actually signing up yesterday...this site has already been so helpful!

Thank you everyone! Well...we are working a little backwards. FH and I live together and he has the ring and we are booking the venue today after weeks of researching...he has not quite popped the question because I think he is still trying to think of how! He asked my dad for my hand in marraige yesterday...now I am just waiting for it to be official. But for all intensive purposes, I am 98 % engaged and have a date and a venue. I will keep you posted re: the actual proposal haha

Congrats! Me and FH went through the exact same thing minus him asking for my parents approval. You are going to have so much fun here.
