New and venue hunting
I have just begun the venue hunting adventure and am very excited! Does anybody have any prices for the following venues? We are thinking of an early September wedding.- North Ritz Club
- Fox Hollow
- Millridge Cottage
- Westbury Manor
- Bourne Mansion
- Chateau at Coindre Hall
- Timber point mansion
- Simthtown Landing
** and open to any other suggestions!
Thanks for any and all help? =)

Most venues are willing to negotiate, and others are not at all. Fox Hollow had no wiggle room with us. There was even a tear or two shed (I kid you not, I'm a big crier lol). We only wanted to guarantee 150 and they wanted 175 and wouldn't move on that at all or on price. They did throw in a bunch of extras to make it a little hard to swallow, and my grandpa decided to help out a bit with the difference when he saw the tears (my uncontrollable emotions come in handy sometimes lol). Definitely try and negotiate anywhere you're interested in. Most of them hike up their prices by $5-10pp in anticipation of your negotiation.

Smithtown landing, Coindre hall and timberpoint have all been apart of lessons all inclusive package. Check out the lessons website every season changes which venue offers it.
