hey girls i have been so busy i have not had time to post but i just wanted you to know about the new registry stuff going on at BBB.............
now when your registry is scanned it will pull up if someone used a coupon or not so you will no longer get full price when you return an item....you will get PRICE PAID they are also issuing gift recipts now but you do not need them for registry items....also i could be wrong on this but i believe they are not offering cash back on registry returns unless it is asked for so make sure when you go and return something you ask for cash back!!! if they give you a hard time tell them that when you registered u were told its cash back and if anything they will get a manager involved to help you out. I have not gone back to work yet, i go back monday so during the week ill find out all the info for ya!!

Thanks for the update Heather. That s*cks a little but I guess it is fair that we get back the price they paid. The cash thing though, it is what they said so if they are changing it they should involve a grandfather policy -- those who registered before such a date and those after.

When I registered at BBB, the sales associate told me that if I didn't like how anything held up, I could return it whenever. If I didn't like the way my pots and pans stood up to a year's worth of use and washing, I could return them for cash. So if they'll take back year-old USED pots, they'll take back anything.

yeah they are doing alot of new stuff in the stores i work there so whenever i hear about new stuff happeneing i post about it here this way if anyone DOES have a problem it is not unexpected
