new chicken poll

ok,
would u prefer chicken franchese (from earlier poll)
or chicken wellington? (chicken baked in dough with either apples or raisins or cranberries baked w/ it)

I like dough. I think it will also look better on a plate as opposed to a 'cutlet' type of presentation. This is why we opted for a stuffed cornish hen. It just looked better!

Franchese...I don't know why but I'm not a fan of chicken with fruit, although in this case it does sound yummy

I think the Wellington would be more special... you can get franchese anywhere.
