It seems to depend on the designer. I know that Demetrios changes pretty frequently.

I was told by a few different bridal boutiques that the Summer collection comes out in feb/march.So the Summer 2006 line came out in feb/march of 06'. I'm sure it varies by designer but I looked at maggie sottero, justin alexander, eve of milady and justina mcCaffery and they were all in the same range.
