New Entrance at North Ritz Club!!!

Anyone see it yet?!?! Its beautiful!!! Dark wood and glass windows!!! My dad's words were 'elegant and beautiful'
I didnt get a pic though - anyone else??? I SWER their website does them NO JUSTICE with all the changes in recent years. It gets more beautiful almost everyday!!!

Would be nice if they re-did the downstairs ceremony room. Only thing I did not like is that the doors are in the MIDDLE of the room instead of at the end, requiring the use of ugly screens. Jess did a wonderful thing and brought in her own. Wish I would have thought of that ........

Yes!! I wish there were NRC people reading this -- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REDO THE CEREMONY ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!

GET RID OF THE UGLY BLACK AND WHITE FLOOR, THE COLUMNS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM, REPLACE THE CHAIRS WITH ONES LIKE THE DINING ROOM/CH ROOM, AND MOVE THE DOORS!!!!!!

LOTS OF PEOPLE DONT BOOK NRC BECAUSE OF THE CEREMONY ROOM!!!

AND... FIX IT BEFORE AUG 17?

Im not getting married in the ceremony room but when I was looking at the NRC and they brought me downstairs I immediately thought 'w t f? I didnt like the set up at all, the door was in a wierd spot and it just didnt look like a place I would want to have a ceremony.
but the rest of the place..OMGGGGG i LOVE IT

I was really hoping for and outdoor ceremony on the day of my wedding.
While the temperature was fine, it poured all morning and afternoon.

But we made the best of it, and had our ceremony indoors.

While we are at it, the aisle needs to be wider. DH had a difficult time walking down with both of his parents. He is sort of squeezed in between the two elves, err, I mean his parents.

I know, I agree. the indoor ceremony room is beyond awful. I didn't realize when we booked that my parents would be adament about us not getting married outside because 'it's August! it's going to be hot and miserable! you will be squinty in pictures'

I never thought I'd want one of my vendors to be lurking around on LIW but..

PLEASE NORTH RITZ, FIX THE BASEMENT CEREMONY ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
