Do you have a doc? She'll light a fire under their butts if things start to go haywire, don't worry.

No worries. Nothing in life is perfect. However, you choosed you vendors for a reason. Have faith that they will do amazing. Things may not go as planned but we and you will make the best of it. Our attitude and reaction to thing$.can make things better or worse. Dont panic enjoy your day and your husband!

Hey Christine...firstly...BREATH :)

I had the same fears a few days before, and I think its completely normal. You put a lot of effort into this day, of course you want it to be perfect!

What you also have to remember though, is all that effort you put in, includes endless hours of research and reading reviews and talking with vendors, etc. You chose each one of your vendors for a reason, and whether you thought it them or not, you trust them, or else you wouldn't have hired them, right?? So remember how excited you got when you booked your vendors and tell yourself with confidence everything is going to be GREAT!

Now, if you are still concerned, complete the following exercise. Go to a quiet place with a pen and notebook or paper. Go through your entire day mentally thinking of every little last detail you have planned and every thing you've daydreamed about before. When you think of something important to you (i NEED a shot with my aunt hilda, the cake topper needs to be NEXT to the cake not on top, the unity candle needs to be brought from the ceremony to the reception) jot it down, and then jot down who you need to communicate this with whether its a vendor, venue or a family member or bridesmaid that you need to assign a task. My #1 lesson from my wedding was if no one knew but me it didnt get done! Which for me were all little things that I didnt notice till after anyway, and it was fine because i ENJOYED my day and didn't stress about the little things.

Anyway, that turned into a really long post and I got into some of my advice that I was saving for my review ( ) however I'd rather it help someone now if possible since the review might be a while!!!

hope it helps!!!

just remember to breath and enjoy these last few days!

Thanks very much That is a big help, and it's good to hear. I appreciate you taking the time to post this. I think the biggest thing is realizing that nothing is perfect and no matter what happens, life goes on and I'm marrying the love of my life Most important thing!!

Re: New fear...

I'm ok, I mean nerves wise with all my vendors except one... our live music cocktail hour dude.

Contacting him hasn't been easy. Our venue says he's always been reliable with them, which is where we've seen him a few times and loved his music, so we asked if he'd do our wedding.

I guess we are on two totally different wavelengths when it comes to emailing so I'm just going to chill and pray he's not a no show. I'm going to pack an ipod with 1 1/2 hours worth of music though just in case.

This is the one big thing I'm worried about because I usually like to have lots of contact with vendors, and use vendors that respond quickly.

We're making an exception here and I hope it all turns out Ok... It should though!!
