They do 12 people at the round tables and 14 at the ovals. I have seen the room set up for 225 with ROUND tables, and it was tight (it wasn't my imagination, they pointed that out to me, and said that they don't normally do that many at the round tables). HTH!

They can do 22 oval tables and they say you can put up to 14 at a table. My suggestion is not to put more than 12 or 13 at a table max. It would be too tight with more IMO. I had 22 tables of 10-12 and it was great. They told me they only use the round tables if there is not as many people. I was married in April 08 so it may have changed...how many ppl are you having?

Hi Im new to the site and totally loving it. Im getting married on July 24, 2010 in the Garden Terrace Room.

I got a letter in the mail from them saying to come in for a meeting with PWP to go over my checklist. This is optional right? Not the meeting to pick the menu and everything? Thanks Girls

I had a meeting to go over my menu last week, the BM was running behind so it didn't go as planned... HOWEVER, they were very apologetic and set up a new meeting with me on Wednesday.

Yep! It's optional. The final meeting for menus, linens, etc is about 2-3 months prior to the wedding date.

quick question for previous winter garden pavilion girls... i was wondering what type of lighting u had and if it was okay. when i booked my dj i got the basic lighting package and want to make sure that there will b enough light in the room.

Everyone keeps mentioning linens. My contact person as of now is David. He said there wasnt linen choices. He said chair covers were included but I was wondering about the chair sashes. Does anyone know the colors if they are available. Thanks

There are linen colors you can choose, I think they are

White, Ivory, Red, Blue, Gold, standard colors like that.

From what I have heard from other ladies, the chair sashes are generally not included, but I dont know if they may throw them in for you. As for colors, not sure

There are linens choices its about 6 different colors as mentioned below. Basic colors. For sashes they are not included. I was quoted at $3 per sash...didn't end up getting them so have no idea about the colors available. Most probably only colors that match to the table linens.
