does anyone know when the fox hollow will call you to schedule an appt to meet with them regarding the menu selections? i am nearly 3 months away and was wondering... also do you know if i can just go there to pick up the direction cards for invitations or do they give those to you at your meeting as well?

My menu meeting was at the 2.5 month mark (january sometime) and they sent me a letter then I called them to set it up.

You can pick up direction cards OR they will give them to you at the meeting.

Just wanted to post on this thread that I had my wedding at the fox hollow back in october and they did an amazing job. We had the best time. THey were on top of everything and the food was delicious. Good luck ladies. You have NOTHING to worry about

I know they're renovating the chapel. I was told that should be done in April but I haven't heard of a whole new room

Does anyone have a picture of the table number holders and table numbers that the Fox Hollow uses? Are they all the same regardless of the room you're in for the reception? thanks!!

Well breakfast is complimentary for everyone that stays at the inn! My family is staying, so we are going to have an Easter Breakfast morning together. Enjoy it!
