As someone with sensitive feet, I would say don't make them wear the same shoes. Also, I think it might actually look better to get a shoe that doesn't match the color exactly...what about a gold shoe (the ivory would work too)..

I vote for the sames shoes - especially since the dress is tea length.
I got one piece of advice from my only married BM and that was to pick out the same shoes for everyone to wear... she had a big problem with one of her BMs, which is actually a very funny story (but I digress!)
Just make sure that all the girls try them on and feel comfortable in them if you pick them out.
I've never been in a BP where we didn't have to wear the same shoes. If you let them get their own, I would at least recommend a color and style so they look similar.

I would say, no, their shoes dont all have to match. I was in a wedding were we wore tea length dresses. We all wore different shoes. No one notices -- seriously -- no one is going to notice that the BMs are wearing non-matching shoes.
As far as the color, I think Ivory would go really nicely with that dress.

i would have them buy any kind of shoe thats dyable and dye them the color of the dress. i think they should wear whatever shoe theyre comfrotable in as long as theyre diable [if u want them to be the color of the dress that is]

but then again, since the dress isnt floor length, if it were me, id probably make them wear all the same............. maybe not..i dunno!!!
