Since you two are artists, you will be able to cut a lot of costs, I think, by doing a lot of DYI (do it yourself) projects, like invitations, programs, placecards, save the date cards, etc. You will see these girls have so many fabulous ideas and are incredibly helpful.

heh, yeah, anything that's on paper i'm doing myself. maybe even the favors (if they're food) and the cake/cake topper. i was thinking about doing my dress for a while (i made my prom dress, so it's not that big of a strech) but decided against it b/c i found one i really like and it may be just a teeny bit stressful doing that with everything else on top of it.
