Welcome and Congrats! I would start with the hall. If you are flexible with your date, you have the upperhand. You are now considered a 'short booking' and you are looking at what they consider to be a winter month. You should be able to get some great deals, not just with your RH, but with vendors too. Let us know if you have questions, the 08 Brides are quick to answer and help out.

Welcome!!! You will be fine, I got engaged at the end of December and my wedding is July 20...December is a great month for weddings because often the halls will already be decorated for the holidays and they have reduced prices!
