new hyde park inn

So we booked the inn and i feel like the room is so clean looking hardly any colors so my question is colored flowers or something off white/white or a light pink?

Its going to be end of may . We have not been to a wedding here so i really cant tell what i want. For me i want deep red roses and my bridesmaids i want to get a light light pink/white roses. Ideas please
