NEW Jericho Terrace Penthouse pictures

OMG! Finally there is a bride who is gonna be in the same room I am in!

Congrats to you first off and how did you get those pictures? They look even better then what I saw when I first booked.

If you don't mind me asking what made you decide to book even though the construction has not begun? PPL think I am nuts for going ahead and booking but I fell in love with JT and the pics of the new room just finished it off.

that is exactly the reason i picked the room... I knew that me and the FH loved Jericho and I loved the draft they showed me of the penthouse room.... I went the JT on Thursday and all i did was ask to see pictures of the room. My bridal manager wasn't there so when I spoke to Chad he handed me those 3 pictures.

Another reason I picked the room is that i know people that had gotten married at Jericho but I knew i would be the first bride i knew that would be using the 'new' room!!

I would call and MAKE SURE that is what it will look like, not to make anyone nervous but they will revise those plans numerous times while they are building, i would just make sure that they dont intend on making too many changes to that.

otherwise it is gorgeous!!!!

That is the reason why they waited so long to give out the pictures... they had made a ton of changes and wanted to make sure that this would be the FINAL plans before they gave it out to their brides...

WOW...it's going to be gorgous! that skylight is going to be HUGE & breathtaking...... JEAALLOOUUSS!!! lol j/k j/k...but that was my room! it's stunning already - this is just going to make it better!!

I completely understand that-but if they run into a problem doing this-they will make changes. It happens all the time, that is why I am saying to MAKE Sure that if they do need to make changes that it wont be a complete overhaul of what is pictured that it will only be slightly different-does that make sense?

I understand what you are saying. We had that stipulated this issues when we went over the contract. Originally there were going to be flat screen monitors hanging from the ceiling but now as you can see that has changed. The main thing I want is the skylight and we discussed that if that doesn’t happen then we will have serious problems. FH and I were told than minor changes like the carpeting and wall color could change, the models are not going to be an exact replica of the final layout. Thanks for the advice though!
