I've been there a few times and am going for my bachelorette party in the end of November! Can't wait it's my favorite city.

I go there all the time my mom lives down there. stay in the french quarter! anywhere near bourbon st is good. there are always tons of bachelorette parties running around. you can buy boas in any of the shops on bourbon st also :) and eat at pat obriens and get a hurricane. also get a hand grenade and this drink from this jester place. after that I'd stop drinking lol. most amazing drinks though. one of the jester drinks you can wear on a sling on your arm but I wouldn't do that. though my fh does anytime we go.

I have been there before for my friends bachelorette before Hurrican Katrina. I cant remember where we stayed but it wasnt far from Bourbon Street. It was within walking distance. It was such a great time.

We're staying at the renassisnce on canal street it's like a thirty second walk to bourbon st. I'll let you know how it was come December.

We stayed just off bourbon, and it was great because we would walk back to a quiet room at the end of the night. If you are looking to party 24/7 stay on bourbon. If you would like some sleep(like me lol) stay just off it so you cannot hear the noise at 4 am. It was great FH And I ate great food and had a great time!
